You should be able to download and run SpyNoMore straight onto the infected machine to remove Sysinternals Antivirus. Step 1: Download spynomore.exe onto a clean computer and transfer it to the infected computer (by using a network or a flash drive).

Step 2: Rename the installer from spynomore.exe to iexplore.exe then double-click iexplore.exe to install SpyNoMore on the infected computer. Sysinternals Antivirus may generate an error after the installation is complete, choose 'No'. Delete iexplore.exe (which is the SNM installer).

Step 3: In Windows (not SpyNoMore), right-click on 'Start', select 'Explore' and navigate to C: > Program Files > SpyNoMore. Keep this folder open until Sysinternals Antivirus removal is completed.

Step 4: Once you are inside the SpyNoMore folder right-click SNM.exe and choose 'copy' then in the same folder right-click anywhere and choose 'paste'. You will create a file named 'Copy of SNM.exe'. Right-click on 'Copy of SNM.exe' and choose rename. Rename the file to iexplore.exe.

Step 5: Double-click on the newly created iexplore.exe to start SpyNoMore. You may get an update error, that's OK. In SpyNoMore click on 'Settings' and uncheck the box that says 'Use Internet Explorer settings'.

Step 6: Double-click on the newly created iexplore.exe to run the scan. Make sure to let SpyNoMore download any available updates. Sysinternals Antivirus may generate an error after the installation is complete, choose 'No'. Double iexplore.exe again to start the scan. You will be able to see Sysinternals Antivirus in the scan results.

Step 7: After the scan is completed SNM will ask you to enter an activation key. Purchase the activation key from a clean computer by clicking on our Purchase link above. Write down the activation key and use it to activate SNM on the infected computer. This will remove Sysinternals Antivirus.
